Report a Bug to Apple Friday - iTunes Does Not Play Videos Over AirTunes
iTunes plays the audio for videos in its Library using the computer's default speakers rather than using AirTunes even when an AirTunes location is selected.
I was hoping this would be fixed in 5.0, but the bug remains.
